More Outdoor Seating
We have added another table and chairs, along with a swinging hammock chair so that more of your guests can enjoy the balcony together.
Books
We have provided some books for our guests who enjoy reading.
Added Seating
We wanted to offer additional seating for all of our guests, so you will notice that now there are more places to sit in the living room space.
Color Accents
I am a big fan of color, so one of the things we really wanted to do was get more of it throughout the condo. We have added little accents here and there to help make the whole place feel a little more warm and welcoming. You can see some of the before and after images in the photo gallery section.
New Dishwasher
We installed a brand new dishwasher in January 2024. This new dishwasher has state of the art washing and drying features. Don't be alarmed when the door automatically opens at the end of a cycle, this is a new drying feature that helps to ensure dry dishes after every load.
Added Artwork
I studied Fine Arts in college and have had a passion for painting since I was a child. Most of my work is based on outdoor subjects, with an emphasis on all things beach and ocean related. I have created a few pieces specifically for the condo and will continue to add new pieces and change them out over time. I have also added a page on this site dedicated to the pieces I have created. I do sell them, so if you are interested in a piece, please send me a message using the contact us section below or on the Art page.
Games
We have added a cabinet of games for you and your guests to enjoy. If there are other types of games that you think yourself and other guests would enjoy having available in the future, please let us know by providing feedback.
